FAQs


How is shipping calculated? 
Our system is set up to use the smallest and lowest cost flat rate priority packaging from the USPS.  No extra handling fees.  Once your items ship, you'll receive an email with a tracking number, and you should receive your package within 2-3 days.

How long before my item(s) ship?
Most items are one-of-a-kind and custom made after your order is placed.  Please allow up to a week for smaller items, and up to two weeks for grooming totes.  If you're in a rush, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate you!

Do you do wholesale orders?
Absolutely!  Please contact us if you're looking for larger quantities of any of our items.

I have something I want personalized, can you do it?
We can sure try to!  Please contact us with as much detail as you have, and we'll see if our team can find a way to make your idea come to life.

Can I cancel my order? 
You may cancel your order if we have not started the process of making it yet.  Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.

What is your return policy?
Since all items are custom made and one-of-a-kind, we can't accept returns.  In the event you're not happy with your items, we will offer a refund in place of a return.
