How is shipping calculated? 
Domestic USA orders under $60 ship via USPS for a flat $4 rate. Orders over $60 ship for free.

International orders ship for a flat rate of $20 and the difference will be refunded back to you at the time of shipping if the shipping cost is less than $20.

How long before my item(s) ship?
Items ship out within 2-5 business days. Items are made/printed and/or engraved after you place your order. If you're in a rush, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate you!

What payments do you accept?
We accept payments via all major credit cards - Visa, Mastercard and Discover and through PayPal.

Do you do wholesale orders?
Absolutely!  Please contact us if you're looking for larger quantities of any of our items.

Can I cancel my order? 

You may cancel your order if we have not started the process of making it yet.  Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.

What is your return policy?
Returns will be accepted and refunds given if an item is returned with 10 days of receipt by customer. Items must be returned in like new condition and unwashed. Please contact us via e-mail at getclassy@classyequine.com prior to sending a return in. Please send returns to our address below:

What if a product arrives damaged?
If you receive an item that arrives damaged from shipping please let us know within 3 business days of receipt of the item and we'll send a replacement out.
